Life of Project: Halloween

October ended up being really busy and as you know I hardly posted at all. I won’t really dwell on things I missed last month, but Project really wanted me to make a post about Halloween, so I am. I think the biggest reason for her asking me to is because she got some new clothes: some bat socks, a witch’s hat and a trick-or-treat bag shaped like a cat. She won’t admit it, but I think she’s a little bit happier looking more festive. Just a little.

Her new clothes were actually sent down by my mother and sister who also sent us a bunch of candy. So, even though I was in the studio all day on Halloween and neither of us went trick-or-treating, there was still plenty of candy. We already ate most of it, but there’s still plenty of good stuff left over, like rock candy. I love rock candy even if it is pretty much just solid sugar.

We also got a pretty neat goblet from home. It’s very convenient for holding candy. And also drinks I guess. Since most of my other glasses are pretty big I’ll probably use this goblet a lot even though Halloween is already over. So far, though, it’s only been used to hold chocolate. Yay, chocolate.

After Halloween was over and I turned in my studio project (not to be confused with Project herself), we were both pretty exhausted so we just crashed and slept for the next 20 hours or so. I’m not entirely sure why Project was so tired, though. She was probably up late again playing flash games. She gets addicted to them pretty easily.

Oh! We also have a new roommate who moved in this week. I guess it’s good since I don’t have to pay full rent on my own now, but it’s a little weird since I’ve had the room to myself up until now. Project doesn’t seem entirely trusting just yet, but I’m sure she’ll warm up sooner or later.

And that’s pretty much all that’s that. Things have slowed down for me a bit which is good since I’m not in the studio so much and I think Project gets lonely in the room by herself. But November is going to be pretty busy too. I’m trying NaNoWriMo again this year (though I probably won’t finish), and Worldfest is next Saturday and since I’m helping put videos and pictures together for the Japan booth along with helping with set-up I have a lot of work to do. And that’s not even including school-work. But still, it’s better than last month especially with Turkey Day break coming up. Yay for November!

  1. Neko Margatroid…you sure know how to post awesome things.THAT DOLL IS AWESOME!But don’t feed her with chocolate too much.Dolls become too demandable and they start requesting stuff like cute tea sets, their own beds, umbrellas…It’s a big responsibility to have a doll. <_< Also if she is too lonely why don't you make another doll some other time?
